Introduction
Special needs or special care dentistry is concerned with the oral health and hygiene of those with physical, medical or psychiatric difficulties. Special care dentistry is a speciality recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC) and practitioners are required to undertake additional training in order to be accepted on the GDC list.

The products contained within this section have been compiled in consultation with professionals across a number of special needs disciplines, including:
- Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Treatment
